At AIGENTICS LLC, we want you to be satisfied with our digital AI assistant simulation service available at companions.one. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are available and how to request one.

Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to our service.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available ONLY if ALL of the following conditions are met:

1. Token Usage Limit

You must have consumed fewer than 10,000 tokens total (combined chat and simulation usage).

What does this mean?

10,000 tokens represents approximately:

  • 30 minutes of chat interaction with your AI assistant
  • PLUS 1 hour of simulation time

Token tracking: Your token usage is tracked automatically by our system. We can verify your exact usage at any time.

2. Request Timing

You must request the refund within your current billing cycle (before your subscription renews).

3. No Violations

Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service.

When Refunds Are NOT Available

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • You have consumed 10,000 or more tokens (regardless of time remaining in your subscription)
  • You request a refund after your current billing cycle has ended
  • Your account has been terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • You have already received a refund in a previous billing cycle (refunds are limited to one per customer)

Subscription Cancellation vs. Refunds

Important distinction:

  • Canceling your subscription does NOT automatically result in a refund
  • When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
  • You will NOT receive a prorated refund for unused time
  • If you want a refund, you must specifically request one AND meet all eligibility criteria above

How to Request a Refund

If you meet all eligibility requirements, follow these steps:

Step 1: Send an Email

Step 2: Use This Subject Line

Subject: "Refund Request"

Step 3: Include This Information

  • Your account email address
  • Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)
  • Confirmation that you understand refund eligibility criteria

Step 4: Wait for Our Response

  • We will review your token usage within 1-2 business days
  • We will confirm whether you're eligible for a refund
  • If approved, we will process the refund immediately

Refund Processing

Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed through Stripe (our payment processor)
  • Funds are returned to your original payment method
  • You should see the refund in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer

Refund Amount

Important: Stripe processing fees are non-refundable.

  • Stripe charges us approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
  • These fees will be deducted from your refund amount
  • You will receive the full subscription amount minus Stripe's processing fees

Example:

  • Original charge: $10.00
  • Stripe fee: ~$0.59
  • Refund you receive: ~$9.41

Subscription Plans

Our refund policy applies to all subscription plans:

  • Weekly Subscription (billed every 7 days)
  • Monthly Subscription (billed every 30 days)
  • 3-Month Subscription (billed every 90 days)

Fair Use Policy

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be:

  • Abusive or fraudulent
  • Part of a pattern of repeated refund requests
  • Inconsistent with our Terms of Service

Customers who repeatedly request refunds may have their accounts terminated without notice.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first instead of filing a chargeback with your bank.

If you file a chargeback:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended or terminated
  • You will lose access to the Service
  • Chargebacks may result in additional fees
  • We may dispute the chargeback with evidence of your usage

We prefer to work directly with you to resolve any issues.

This Refund Policy is part of and subject to our complete Terms of Service, available at [Terms of Service URL]. In case of any conflict between this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will prevail.
